Rare 2003 Taiwanese oolong with 20-year aging: nuts, caramel, mountain honey.

This aged Qing Xin oolong from the high-mountain Wushe garden (1500 m) has undergone over 20 years of controlled maturation with periodic charcoal roasting. The tea reveals a complex palette from walnut shell and caramelized stone fruits to honey and floral shades, with a soft, bitterness-free taste and a long sweet aftertaste. A recognized collector's rarity that placed second at the North American Tea Championship.

Tasting note: Oily, dense infusion with notes of roasted nuts, cocoa, vanilla, and caramel, transitioning into sweet stone fruits and honey, leaving a long 'throat' aftertaste.
