Origin: 中國亞熱帶同熱帶地區，以及台灣
Type: 苦瓜 (Momordica charantia) 乾製品浸泡飲；喺植物學分類上，同真正用 Camellia sinensis 製成嘅茶無關
大概 3 – 6 克乾原料配 300 – 500 毫升水。
純苦瓜浸泡飲品用大滾水 (95 – 100 °C) 更能釋放味道；同綠茶拼配嘅版本就用溫和啲嘅水溫，約 85 °C，以免「焗熟」茶葉部分。
第一泡浸泡 3 – 5 分鐘；原料可以承受多次沖泡，逐漸釋放苦味。
