分類與產地
分類: 乾燥苦瓜 (Momordica charantia) 飲品；植物學上不屬於來自 Camellia sinensis 的真正茶類
產地: 中國亞熱帶及熱帶地區，以及臺灣
類型: 代用茶，花草飲品（代用茶, dàiyòng chá）
沖泡
約 3 – 6 公克乾燥原料，搭配 300 – 500 毫升的水。
純苦瓜飲品適合以滾燙熱水（95 – 100 °C）沖泡，能充分釋放其風味；與綠茶調和的版本則水溫宜稍低，約 85 °C，以免「燙傷」茶葉部分。
第一泡為 3 – 5 分鐘；原料可多次回沖，苦味會逐漸釋放。
