同其他「黑茶體系」嘅兄弟品種——例如普洱（熟茶）同湖南/陝西嘅茯磚（fú zhuān）——比起嚟，金尖嘅特點在於佢獨特嘅工藝流派同針對西藏市場嘅定位。
Origin: 四川盆地西部、向青藏高原過渡嘅山麓地帶嘅雅安市（Yǎ'ān）；蒙頂（Méng dǐng）周邊嘅縣。
