Process: Warm the teaware, the first infusion — after 40–60 seconds, then two or three repeat infusions.
Teaware: A glass tumbler, a gaiwan or a porcelain teapot.

味わいの特徴

Dry Leaf Appearance: 炒青 — tightly rolled strands, silvery green, with a whitish bloom. 烘青 — tight, slightly curved, dark green.
