Infusion occidentale

Process: Warm the teaware, pour the water down the side; the first infusion is ready after 40–60 seconds; drink, leaving part of the liquor, and top up with water; two or three further infusions.
Quantité de thé: 3 g pour 150 ml.
Teaware: Glass tumbler or white gaiwan.
