大葉種普洱茶變種（雲南大葉種），原料來自古樹（gǔshù 古树）。
在整體產區分級體系（區級 → 名山級 → 村寨級）中，老曼峨屬於村寨層級的 S 級——這是名寨評級中的頂端，是標竿性、稀缺的原料，但仍略遜於絕對頂峰（S+）的原料。
產地: 中華人民共和國雲南省西雙版納傣族自治州勐海縣布朗山鄉（布朗山，bùlǎngshān）老曼峨村。
