一款相對成熟、略顯粗獷的中葉拼配茶，面向大眾、平價市場，而非「細嫩」的芽尖等級
採摘自雲南茶區的 máochá (毛茶)
類型: 黑普洱，熟茶 (shú, 熟)
沖泡
gàiwǎn 或緻密紫砂壺，後者能柔化年輕熟茶略顯粗糙的調性。
沸水（約 100 °C），因為成熟粗壯的葉片需要高溫才能完整萃取。
初始宜短，後續逐漸延長；高品質的 7581 能耐多次沖泡，不致「茶水分離」而滋味盡失。
