Cultivar: Стандарт үндсэн сортоор Эча № 1 (鄂茶1号), Фудин Дабай (福鼎大白), Чжунча 108 (中茶108)-ыг нэрлэдэг; оршилд эхний хоёрыг хамгийн их тарьдаг гэж дурдсан.
Pluck Standard: One bud with one leaf, or one bud with a just-opening leaf (一芽一叶或一芽一叶初展).
Raw Material: The fresh leaf is transported in ventilated containers, without crushing or heating.
