Category: gan pu cha (柑普茶, gān pǔ chá); kasnozrela varijanta — da hong gan (大红柑, dà hóng gān).
xinhui chen pi (新会陈皮, Xīn huì chén pí) — odležana kora mandarine koja se u Kini cijeni istovremeno kao začin, tradicionalni proizvod i kolekcionarski predmet. Xinhui chen pi zaštićen je u Kini kao proizvod sa zemljopisnom oznakom; smatra se da plodovi uzgojeni izvan okruga daju koru drukčije, manje cijenjene kvalitete.
Origin: okrug Xinhui (新会, Xīn huì) u sastavu gradske prefekture Jiangmen (江门, Jiāng mén) na zapadu provincije Guangdong, u delti Biserne rijeke.
Type: kompozitni čaj (cijela kora mandarine napunjena pu'erom).
chazhigan (茶枝柑, chá zhī gān) — lokalna varijanta mandarine (Citrus reticulata), koja se također naziva xinhui gan.
