咩係老茶？同普洱茶有咩唔同？

老茶（陳茶）即係陳年烏龍茶，喺受控儲存同定期焙火條件下，通過氧化同非發酵性嘅美拉德反應進行轉化。同熟普洱茶唔同，佢嘅陳化過程唔涉及微生物發酵，所以保持咗口感嘅純淨，而且唔會有任何土腥味。

呢款茶應該點樣正確沖泡？

推薦用蓋碗或宜興紫砂壺以沏茶法（快沖快出）進行。水溫95–100°C，第一泡浸幾秒用嚟醒茶，之後慢慢延長浸泡時間。呢款茶可以沖到15至20泡。

陳化過程中咖啡因含量會唔會降低？

會嘅，反覆嘅焙火同長時間儲存有助部分降低咖啡因含量，令茶湯嘅體感更加柔和、協調。
